BULLDOG ATHLETES SIGN FOR COLLEGE-sponsored by A-Best Roofing

National Letter of Intent Signing Day on February 7 saw six Bulldog athletes from various sports make known their plans for college athletics.

Witt Edwards and Keyton Cole, who were part of two state football championship teams at Wagoner, took part in the ceremonies. Edwards, a wide receiver and defensive player, formally signed with Vanderbilt University after earlier making a verbal commitment to the school. Cole, a starting linebacker, will play at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany next year.

Three members of the Lady Bulldogs basketball team that is making a run towards the Class 4A throne room this winter put their eyes on the future for a few moments. Gracy Shieldnight committed to play at Northeastern State next year while Cambri Pawpa will attend Oklahoma Christian University and Gracie Burckhartzmeyer will play at Grayson College next fall.

Lynzi Romine, getting ready to start her final season on the Lady Bulldogs soccer team, followed through on her verbal commitment and signed on with Oklahoma Baptist University for her college career.
