Junior Kale Charboneau led the way for the Wagoner Bulldog wrestlers at the recent OSSAA Class 4A state wrestling meet by claiming the championship at 215 pounds. Charboneau, of course, is also the Bulldogs quarterback during the football season and he was joined by two of his Bulldog football teammates in Witt Edwards who placed third at 190 pounds and Bryce Steel who was fourth at 157 pounds.
On the girl’s side wrestling in Class 5A, Khylie Austin finished second at 145 pounds and Tylen Edwards was fourth at 170 pounds.
